Who we are

DPS (Download · Play · Share) is an independent game studio at downloadplayshare.com. For anything in this policy, contact steve@downloadplayshare.com.

What we collect

Nothing. Our games do not collect, store, or transmit personal information. Specifically:

• No accounts — you never sign in to us.
• No analytics or telemetry — we don't watch how you play.
• No advertising — there are no ads, so there are no ad trackers.
• No third-party SDKs that collect data.

Game saves

Progress, settings, and achievements are stored locally on your device only. Deleting the game deletes them. We have no copy and no access. If we ever add optional cloud saves, this policy will be updated first and the feature will be opt-in.

Purchases

Purchases (such as unlocking the full version of a game) are processed entirely by the platform you use — Google Play or Steam. We never see or store your payment details. The platform tells the game only whether the unlock is owned. Refunds follow the platform's own policy.

Network access

Our games work offline. Network access, where present, exists solely so the platform (Google Play or Steam) can verify purchases and function normally.

Children

Our games are made for general audiences, and because we collect no data at all, we also collect no data from children.

Changes to this policy

If a future feature changes any of the above (for example optional cloud saves), we will update this page before shipping it, with the effective date shown at the top.
